Why call it Pretentious?
Because it’s ironic.
The industry often leans toward the ostentatious, with polished decks, bold claims, and long lists of acronyms meant to signal importance. That’s not really our thing. We just like the joke.
Marketing, as it’s practiced, is often bloated. Overwritten. Overdesigned. Focused on looking sophisticated instead of being effective.
In short, a lot of it sucks.
We’re not trying to look important. We’re not here to make it louder.
We’re here to get it right.
